How your information is handled

When connected, the website saves submitted enquiries in a private server database and may pass them to RG REALTY’s configured CRM. If saving is unavailable, the form tells you that your request was not sent and offers direct contact options.

RG Bot runs in clearly labelled guided demo mode until its AI service is configured. In live mode, messages are sent to the configured AI provider to generate replies. Avoid sharing sensitive information in chat. Contact capture belongs in the consent-based form.
